3D ARM SCANNER

Bespoke Bracing is a new approach to medical bracing: a system to Scan, Design, and Print hand and wrist braces. The Bespoke Scanner images the outside of a patient's arm, transmits the scan data to cloud based servers where one of four brace designs, customized by the patient and clinician, are created to match the shape of the patient's individual anatomy. Each brace is 3D printed for a truly custom fit. The Bespoke Bracing system is comprised of an arm scanner, an iPad app, cloud software, a network of 3D printers, and four revolutionary arm brace designs.

ORIGINAL SCANNER

The original scaner was composed of over 100 parts, 2 hrs of assembly, and profit margins were minimal on the device. 

Revised Scanner

The revised scaner was had less than half the ammount of  parts and assembly took 1/4th the original time. 

BRACE GENERATION

1) 3D Scan of arm is gerated           

2) A brace is automatically generated on the scan 

3) Brace is ready to print and sent to patient
