Bespoke Braces

The objective was to create orthopedic arm braces that are better breathing and more comfortable to wear. This is to Increase compliance so that the patient is more likely to wear the brace which in turn will increase healing time and efficiency of the brace. RSI Thumb braces, carpal tunnel, and post operative braces were developed in this exploration.  Over 100 braces were created for customers during clinical trials. 

Sensitive Zones

There are areas that need to be avoided throughout the arm to prevent pressure and irritation from the brace. These areas define the structure and form of the brace.
