The scoliosis brace is a 3d printed custom brace for patients. The goal was to create  a  better fitting, more breathable, and lighter to wear than the traditional braces. Based on outcomes of 15 different clinical trials, the designs resulted in a more effective brace due to higher compliance from a better customer experince.

The brace is unrapped and flattened in 3D when adding on the pattern and features like the hinges and the strap mounts.
